possibilities in high-precision analysis
Flexible electrode mechanism
By using a new flexible electrode, the
EMGA-621W can be used for large or
small crucibles of different shapes. By
using the crucible that best matches the
size of the sample operating costs can
be reduced. It is also easy to set the
analytical conditions to match each cru-
cible.
Dual mechanism for introducing
Sn flux
HORIBA's dual sample/flux introduction
mechanism is a logical device that
includes an exclusive Sn flux inlet, often
used for hydrogen analysis, and a sepa-
rate sample inlet. It also incorporates a
sequence for low-temperature outgass-
ing of the flux in advance. Besides solv-
ing the problem of the excessive disper-
sion of Sn, thereby allowing outgassing
of the Sn flux at a suitable temperature
range, this unique new mechanism
makes the most effective use of Sn and
ends the influence of the blank on ana-
lytical precision.
