The HORIBA EMGA-620W/C Series determines the oxygen and nitrogen
contained in ceramics, superconductors and other new materials using the inert
gas fusion method. As the EMGA-620W/C is equipped with a total of
five different analysis modes, including a special powder mode that enables the
sample to be introduced without opening the furnace after outgassing, the
EMGA-620W/C offers analysis at the ideal conditions for each sample. In
addition to offering all the superior basic functions of the EMGA Series, it also
features a dual sample flux introduction mechanism ideal for the analysis of
ceramics and new materials, and a sample flow unique to HORIBA that makes
it possible to measure O and N simultaneously across a wide concentration
range. The EMGA-620W/C thus delivers accurate and precise analysis matched
to a full variety of user needs.
Measurement results include not only analysis values but also graphic printout
of gas extraction curves, integration curves, time and temperature to give a
clear picture of extraction conditions. The EMGA-620W/C Series also features a
real-time temperature hold function, monitoring of fusion in the furnace,
self-diagnosis and other user-friendly functions. These functions that make it
the best and most simple to operate instrument available for the full spectrum
of analysis applications from R & D to on-site analysis.
