Section 11 - Installation of Car Seat in Vehicle (continued)

Recheck car seat recline. Verify

reference line is horizontal (fig. f).

Carry handle should be kept in

the carry position.

Removal Of Infant Car Seat From Vehicle:

Unbuckle vehicle seat belt.

Remove lap belt from vehicle lap belt guides.

Snap Belt Guide Covers closed.

Remove car seat from vehicle.

• DO NOT use car seat without base for infant over 22 pounds

(10 kg). Death or serious injury can occur.

• Base MUST be used for infant over 22 pounds (10 kg).
